Terms of payment:

After the private speedboat transfer reservation has been confirmed, which is valid only if provided in writing (Email confirmation), the payment is to be made as follows:

  • 30% of the full amount of the confirmed private speedboat transfer in the period of 12 hours after the booking is confirmed
  • 70% of the full amount on the day of the private speedboat transfer via bank transfer or in person on the spot before the start of the private speedboat transfer

Cancellation policy:

Standard
To receive a full refund, travelers may cancel up to 72 hours before the tour start time in the local timezone. To receive a 50% refund, travelers may cancel up to 48 hours before the tour start time in the local timezone. If travelers cancel within 48 hours of the start time of the tour no refunds will be given.

NOTE: In case of bad weather, Komodor d.o.o. reserves the right to cancel the customer’s reservation with a full refund.
